Tasks

  • Manage and grow relationships with current customers in established territory. Regularly visit customer sites to understand customers' operations;i dentify opportunities where Neoperl can add value; introduce products, services, and solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales, interpret results, and take corrective action to achieve corporate objectives
  • Attend industry fairs and trade shows
  • Product trainings andpresentations
  • Travel required up to 25% of the time

Profile

  • Proven ability to understand customer expectations and effectively respond & present technical/commercial information to all levels in and outside of organization
  • Solid understanding of Neoperl product offering and market dynamics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
