In the video interview with two employees from our location in Italy, Neoperl Italia, Sergio and Francesco share their personal development journeys at Neoperl and their experiences working together.

Sergio's career with Neoperl began in 1986 in the Production and Purchasing department. Over the years, he advanced to a managerial position and, in 1998, became the Technical Manager. Most recently, in November 2023, Sergio was promoted to Head HR Business Partner, overseeing two Italian offices.

Francesco's path with Neoperl started around a decade ago with a memorable mix-up—he initially thought he was being invited to work in Paris (Parigi in Italian), the city, instead of with Laura Parigi, the Managing Director at the time. With Sergio's ongoing support, Francesco transitioned from Product Management Engineer to his current role as Head of Product Management & Tech Sales for Neoperl Italia.
