Tasks
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products
- Collaborate with production teams
- Provide technical product information, including drawings, compliance documentation, and material specs
- Update data and manage changes
- Work with the quality assurance team to ensure product quality and address issues
- Troubleshoot production inefficiencies and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation for product developments
- Act as the key interface between production, sales, procurement, and quality teams to meet product goals and timelines
Knowledge and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, and familiar with data analysis and process improvement
- Organized and reliable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to change
- 2 years' experience
